In Home CLS & Respite Services
Integrated Living, Inc. provides Community Living Support (CLS) and respite services for those with developmental disabilities living in family homes and personal residences. These services are contracted through Macomb Oakland Regional Center, Oakland Community Health Network, Macomb County Community Mental Health, and Area Agency on Aging 1-B. Personal residences can be set up to accommodate three to four individuals per home with up to 24/7 staffing available as needed. For individuals living in family homes, hours are based on individual need. Services provided to individuals receiving CLS & respite services may include some or several of the following:
- Meal preparation
- Medication administration
- Personal/hygiene care
- Transportation to community outings and events, medical appointments, vocational day programs, and special events as requested
- Other services as identified by an individual’s person-centered plan
Our Services
Adult Foster Care
Integrated Living, Inc. provides Adult Foster Care (AFC) services to those with developmental disabilities in both Macomb and Oakland Counties.
In Home Care
We provide Community Living Support and respite services for those with developmental disabilities living in family homes and personal residences.
Occupational Therapy
The OT program services those with Autism Spectrum Disorders, as well as those with developmental disabilities.
Senior Care
These services are provided through Area agency on Aging 1-B and/or MiChoice through the Macomb Oakland Regional Center (MORC).
